Our practice was founded by Dr. Kye Lee in 1984, when he graduated from the University of Illinois’s dental school with a Doctor of Dental Science. Over a decade ago, we relocated to a larger building to better accommodate our patients. Our modern, welcoming dental facility provides high-quality services for all ages in a convenient location.

Financial Information

In our office, we accept nearly all PPO plans. We’ll make every effort to verify your insurance coverage before your visit so that you know exactly what to expect.

If you don’t have dental coverage, CareCredit® payment plans are available. We accept Citi® Health Card and credit or debit cards. Once you’ve been established as a patient, we can also arrange in-house payment plans with you on an as-needed basis.
